Mint and Dill oil stores well in galvanized steel, stainless steel, and glass.  Oil shipped in hdpe plastic
should be used right away or stored in galvanized, stainless, or glass containers.  If clear glass
is used it should be stored out of the light.  All oil containers should be stored out of direct sunlight and extreme heat, at a fairly constant temperature, with as little air space in the storage container
as practical.
